SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment of orders may be delayed as a result of COVID-19 safety measures.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping ~
Domestic ~
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 2-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your shipment to arrive if it is a domestic order. For international orders, the shipping time may be longer. Please keep in mind that situations beyond our control may arise that could potentially delay shipping (hight volume of orders, postal service problems, etc.)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-10 business days for domestic delivery.
International ~
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 10-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your shipment to arrive if it is an international order. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 11-20 business days for international delivery. Please keep in mind that situations beyond our control may arise that could potentially delay shipping (high volume of orders, postal service problems, etc.)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79. Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. POSHPizazz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Check Order Status~
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to be used to check the order status. This email is the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. Please keep in mind that order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.
If you haven’t received your order within 14-21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: pizazz@mail.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you and do our best to resolve the issue.
